As Founder and President of COMMUNITY ADVANTAGE, it is my honor to write this letter. COMMUNITY ADVANTAGE was founded in 1999 to fill a distinct need and provide specific areas of service to our industry and clients.
The success of COMMUNITY ADVANTAGE included the time and dedication of each employee, many of our customers and other friends in the industry. After years of hard work and even some late night cramming, we know we have made a difference and raised the standards of financial care in our market.
I have often referred to our tag lineāCustomized Financial Services Provided by Trusted Industry Experts. We see it all the time. It appears on almost every piece of marketing material we produce. It sounds good doesn't it?
When the tag line was formulated in 1999, it set the stage, it was the foundation, it was the humble beginning for what COMMUNITY ADVANTAGE was going to become⦠our culture, our core values, our mission, our big hairy audacious goals, our future.
What is a Trusted Industry Expert? Well it is first and foremost, trusted. People trust us. Trust is faith, hope, belief, conviction, expectation, reliance, dependence, and confidence. We never forget that people trust us to do the right thing. And we do.
Industry refers to our specific niche, a market that is clearly defined; growing and maturing. It is a market that will see many changes as it matures over the next 10 to 20 years and we will be there leading the industry with our experience, our education and our dedication.
Finally, expert. An expert is a specialist, connoisseur, professional, an authority. A skilled, proficient practitioner. An expert is the best in their respective field and is recognized immediately by all. An expert is always learning and growing and reaching to maintain his or her achievement of expert. It is not something you become and put on a shelf, it is something you always strive to achieve.
Customized Financial Services Provided by Trusted Industry Experts. It is who we are and what we do.
Thank you for this opportunity to be of service.
Sincerely,
Linda J. Schiff, CMCA, CTP
